Top-Down Action

 

With twin-stick shooters constantly being added to steam like an unstoppable stream, this is the category that just keeps giving where FOMO (fear of missing out) is rife. Blazing Beaks, Madballs In... Babo, Livelock or Ruiner have simply not yet been played and thus have not been included here. That said, the standard is sky-high with crackers like Full Mojo Rampage, Halo: Spartan Assault, Nation Red and Jydge being consigned to the Contender box.

The Top-Down / Twin-Stick Shooter category has an abundant of choice when it comes to selecting a Top 10 but not so for the Hack & Slash variety. However, more do keep getting added which means my YouTube Top 10 is already out-of-date and there are few reviews completed here. Unlike the shooters, the Hack & Slash section seem more conducive to being roguelikes.
