Indie Action RPGs

These are the isometric Action RPGs created by indie developers rather than the Triple A studios. Interestingly, whereas the former category stick to the Diablo formula, this set of titles add twists and unique differences that really set them apart to give them their own character. In the HM section I have included a couple of retro ARPGs (Divine Divinity and Sacred Gold) that occupy a kind of limbo-land between the two genres. Additionally, the Ys series (more a JRPG) would look out-of-place both in the Triple A, CRPG / JRPG section and the Triple A, Action RPG genre so has thus found its place here in the HM section.
