CRPGs and JRPGs differ from ARPGs in that turn-based combat invariably plays a large part (unless it's real-time with pause). In this Top 10 both Divinity games are included because they are absolute belters and would look out of place in the HM section. Speaking of which is where Baldur's Gate III resides because this is still early access and I have yet to make the purchase. Shadow Tactics is not a CRPG or a JRPG but plays in a similar fashion and would look out of place anywhere else, likewise with Desperados III which I plan to buy at the earliest convenience. Lord of Xulima is another great hidden gem but unfortunately purchased too late for these charts.
