As someone who has never really clicked with point and click adventures, the title for this genre is a very loose, catch-all term for many types of adventure games from walking simulators to first-person platformers and puzzlers. They are well-polished and have quite high production values being nigh-on triple A in some cases. I have thrown in some high-end survival games although I am very new to this genre and as such, apart form The Witness in the HM section, have completed zero reviews. Top-down / isometric survival games (Don't Starve and Crashlands) have found their way to the Mixed Bag section.
