Bang Bang Racing may not strictly be an indie title and Reckless Racing comes from the Windows Store but decent top-down racers are quite a rare breed. Circuit Superstars is the only hotly anticipated top-down racer that I know that's yet to appear on Steam so here's hoping that'll reach expectations. Mini Motor Racing EVO has been replaced by its sequel Mini Motor Racing X.
